Description:
CP-807 is a phosphate-free liquid detergent and additive
formulated for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, medical
device and food and beverage industries. If effectively
removes a wide range of process and research residues,
and is particularly effective against oils, greases,
petrolatums and waxes. This product is intended for
use in the pharmaceutical/biotech process cleaning,
cosmetic process cleaning and parts washing. High foaming,
CP-807 produces a stable foam with agitation that is
ideal for manual cleaning.
Directions for use:
CP-807 is designed for use in low energy cleaning systems
such as soaking/immersion, foamers and manual wash applications.
Typical operating concentrations of CP-807 run from
0.2% to 5.0% (v/v) either used alone, or when used as
an additive in combination with compatible alkaline
cleaners. Use concentration will depend on temperatures,
soil loads, and cleaning methods used. DO NOT USE IN
RECIRCULATING SPRAY WASHERS.
